A Lovely Mastermind is:

A three month commitment:
Each session takes place over a quarter, or three months. During this ninety day timespan, you will work within your group to set and achieve goals, support one another and move forward in your business.

A confidential, intimate group facilitated by a coach:
Our small groups contain no more than 6 people plus a coach to facilitate the meetings.

Designed to bring you clarity in your business and help with goal setting:
Every mastermind quarter starts with a deep dive exercise using proven templates to set big picture, quarterly and weekly goals

All about connection, support and community:
On our unique web-based platform, you will have private chat, forum and check-in features only accessible to your individual group. There are also live Zoom calls every other week where your group members will share current wins, struggles, set goals, receive feedback and support, network and contribute helpful resources.

The term “mastermind” is used for a variety of groups these days, some with dozens or even thousands of members. The cost for membership can range to the tens of thousands. Large groups can feel impersonal and often are not personally facilitated by a mentor, causing people to get lost in the shuffle.

We wanted something vastly different for the Lovely Mastermind.

The intimate connection of a small group- our live calls and online chats with a small number of women- allow for immediate feedback on ideas and goals, giving you the support, accountability and connection you need to perform better.

A three month commitment keeps your financial investment at a minimum and allows you to try out the mastermind format for yourself, while still enabling deep connection, personal transformation and measurable progress to unfold.

A Lovely Mastermind may be a good fit for you if:

• You are ready and willing to commit to moving to the next level in your business.
• You’ve had some success in your business already, but feel stuck, alone or disorganized in how to actually achieve the progress you really want.

• You won’t commit to setting goals or work to achieve them
• You aren’t willing to give feedback, support or share helpful resources
• You are just in the idea stage and haven’t started a business yet
• You won’t make time for the live calls, exercises or discussion

Here is EXACTLY how this works:

1. You’ll to choose your session. There are three options: a Tuesday morning session (Rose),  a Tuesday afternoon session (Lily) or Thursday morning session (Orchid).  Choose the one that works for you.
2. You can choose to pay in full or split your investment into payments.  A three month commitment is required.
3. After you complete your checkout, click “Return to The Lovely Revolution” and follow the instructions on the page. This will ensure we have the best email address for you.
4. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email inviting to create your account on our online web-based platform, accessible from any computer or mobile device. We’ll also give you instructions on downloading Zoom, a free call-in app.
5. Before your first live call, you’ll get to interact with others in your group and your group facilitator online. Goal setting exercises will get you ready and excited for your first call session.
6. On the date and time of your live call, you’ll join the Zoom meeting from your computer or mobile device.
7. In between live calls, you’ll be able to chat, post on the forum, access documents and check-in with your group online.

Got Questions? I’ve got answers…

This all sounds great but how much time will it take?

• The Lovely Mastermind runs for twelve weeks. (Exact dates depend on your chosen session- Rose, Lily or Orchid- the live call day/time you select)
• Our live call sessions happen twice monthly and last 60-90 minutes depending upon the needs of the group.
• Interacting online in your group and completing the goal setting exercises should take no more than 1-2 hours each week.

What happens if I miss a live call meeting?

• Calls will be recorded and posted in your private group. Please make every effort to attend the live calls whenever possible.
• Questions and your progress report can be posted in the group ahead of the meeting for your facilitator to include in the live call if you must be absent.

How long do I have access to my group and group content?

• All sessions end by December 14th and all content will be available until December 31, 2019.
• Members will be given the option to renew their mastermind membership at a discounted rate and can then join a new group for the first quarter of 2020

Will you tell me what to do in my business or set my goals for me?

• Nope. The direction of your business is up to you- but you are guided through goal-setting exercises developed by an expert coach, given support and feedback on your goals that may help refine them further, and you will have accountability within the group to make progress on the goals you set.

Is the information that I share confidential?

• Yes. The confidentiality of our group sessions is extremely important. We want a safe space in which to share openly, give and receive support and be heard by group members. Each member must sign a non disclosure agreement and is not allowed to share anything outside the group.

What is my financial investment for the mastermind?

• Each session requires a three month commitment and can either be paid in full or divided into 3 payments

Do I have to have a PayPal account to check out?

• Nope. You can use PayPal or any credit or debit card.
• When you hit the Buy Now button (found at the bottom of the session and payment option of your choice) you will go to the checkout screen on PayPal, where you can log in and use PayPal, or select the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option below the log in area and check out without use of PayPal.
• After payment is complete, click “Return to Convergence Community”. Please fill out the form on that page to make sure we have your preferred email address for the mastermind.

What is your refund policy?

• Members are expected to commit to three months of working within their group. This offers a level of trust, commitment and accountability that is paramount to your success and the success of your group members. Due to the specific nature of our mastermind sessions, refunds are not available.
